Sharow Garden Club is a friendly and informal group of about 30 friends living in and around the village of Sharow. Whilst some may have a professional horticultural background most would describe themselves as enthusiastic amateur gardeners or simply lovers of gardens. From October to April, we generally meet on the second Friday of the month in Sharow Village Hall which is located on the sports field off Dishforth Road. We enjoy a variety of activities including visiting speakers, slide shows, gardeners' questions evenings with a 'learned' panel - and whatever else we care to arrange. Summer sees us out and about, also on the second Friday of the month, from May to September. We visit a very wide variety of gardens and garden related locations.

If you are interested just come along to one of the meetings.
